1) Navision allows you to specify which users can perform what sales and purchase activities in which responsibility center.
2) This can make sure that users can only access to the purchase, sales or services data that is relevant to their responsibility center.
3) To assign specific responsibility centers to a users:
a) Click Administration --> Application Setup --> Users --> User Setup
b) Key in the following info. at the User Setup window:
(i) User ID
(ii) Sales Resp. Ctr. Filter
(iii) Purchase Resp. Ctr. Filter
(iv) Service Resp. Ctr. Filter
