Notify users on customer's credit limit and overdue balance when creating sales order or invoice is a feature that most users want to have. You can enable or disable the credit limit and balance overdue notification at Sales & Receivable Setup.
1) Open Sales & Receivable Setup.
2) Click on the General Tab.
3) At the Credit Warnings field, select either Credit Limit, Overdue Balance, Both Warnings or No Warning.
If Credit Limit is selected, Navision will check against Credit Limit (LCY) field in Customer Card and give warning if credit limit is exceeded. If Overdue Balance is selected, Navision will check againist Balance Due field in Customer Card and gives a warning if customer has overdue balance.
