Search Index Mode in Marketing Setup / Relationship Management Setup

You have the choice of Auto or Manual. Auto means Navision will automatically index the search contact information each time you add or modify any contact information. If Manual mode is selected, the you need to run the Generate Search Index batch job for Navision to process the search index.
